Hi Madame*Sir**I know I may be sending this memo to the wrong address, but if you receive it please look further into my case (I travelled almost one year ago) which is being handled by Ms. Charlotte Armstrong ( Tel.*-***-***-**** ext, ***, in NY). She promised to issue a check for $*** for my damaged luggage within ** working days starting on Jan **, ****. But today after more than ** working days there is no sign of such check in the mail. She and her supervisor in the complaints department do not seem to care about a customer and she has been rude,**Regards***H. Fotouhie
