I just received a message about flight changes. Now I need a hotel room.

Emirates offers hotel accommodation for passengers who have a long layover in Dubai due to a flight change, under their Dubai Connect service. This is only applicable if the layover is between 8-24 hours for Economy passengers, and 6-24 hours for First Class or Business Class passengers. The hotel service includes a complimentary stay, meals at the hotel, and ground transportation to and from the airport. Please note that you need to meet certain conditions to benefit from this service. Once eligibility is confirmed, the service can be booked though Manage your booking on the Emirates website. If your situation doesn't meet these criteria, you will have to arrange your own accommodation.

Is it possible to download a separate payment pdf of a reserved flight?

Yes, it is possible to get a payment receipt for your reserved flight. For Emirates tickets, your email confirmation or itinerary is also a receipt. You can use the 'Manage Your Booking' feature to view and print out your receipt anytime. This will carry all travel and fare details, including the breakdown of costs and taxes. Please keep in mind that special conditions apply to tickets and fares that are subject to restrictions. Keep note of your booking reference for convenience.

I want to update my passport details

If you've made a booking or are in the process of making one and wish to update your passport details, you can do so easily. Go to the "Manage Your Booking" section on the Emirates website, enter your booking details, and select the passenger details option. Here, you will be able to modify or update your passport information. Please make sure this information matches exactly what is on your passport to avoid any problems during your travels.
