My order number was ********. I ordered on ***** using the half off code on the * items. My email showed the half off when I ordered the items. However, I was charged full price on all * things. I don’t pay full price on anything so I know this is a mistake on your end. I received your bill the other day and wondered why it was so high. I have tried calling customer service a number of times and have been on hold over ** minutes each time. I finally hang up. Since I was going out of town, I went ahead and paid the bill, but want you to credit me the half off. Since I ordered on *****, I know you can see that was when the “take **” promo was going on.

I found out that Eddie-Bauer’s customer service opened at *:** a.m. I called at * and after a short wait I got a rep on the phone. I explained my situation and they resolved my problem and said they would refund me half of my order.
