I got a contract with EE and my EE app says my bill will be taken out after the **th and I have gone on my banking today and it’s trying to take it out today which it won’t allow as I have no money in my account yet? Why is my payment trying to be taken early because as far as I’m concerned I don’t have to pay anything until after the **th?
GetHuman-ryanbarl did not yet indicate what EE should do to make this right.
