I had redeemed for a $** fanatics gift card from my erewards account which it took off my account virtual currency. The card that was issued to me doesn't provide all the information to use it on fanatics.com. I had tried calling and leaving a message with erewards but have not got a call back. I emailed erewards also and they emailed back stating to refresh the claim email which I did and it still didn't work. I emailed them again and they are telling me to quit emailing because another associate took care of this. I have emailed the associate that originally responded to me * times now and they won't reply to me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Erewards are thieves. Please if there is anything you can do to help I would so much appreciate it because I have no idea what to do besides reporting them to the better business bureau.
