E-REWARDS Problem. Are they a scam?-**I redeemed ** e-reward points on ****** ($******* Avios miles). The e-rewards confirmation states that the reward will post in ** or less days,**It has now been ** days at still NO post.**This request shows up in the e-rewards history log but it appears e-rewards and Avios*British Air both refuse to take responsibility for fixing the interface.**British Air says that it is up to e-rewards to push the transaction from their side to BA, but E-rewards seems unable to figure out how to do this.**This is the same kind of problem that last year e-rewards had with Hilton - the e-rewards interface had been broken and no one wanted to take responsibility. Finally e-rewards posted a warning that Hilton redemptions would be severely delayed due to an HH software problem. and miraculously - the points started flowing again. I SUSPECT one of the parties EITHER FAILED TO PROCESS MY REDEMPTION (THOUGH IT IS LISTED IN the E-REWARDS HISTORY) OR THAT E-Rewards and BA*AVIOs HAS ANOTHER INTERFACE PROBLEM WITH YET ANOTHER OF THEIR PARTNERS.**EMAIL AS LISTED ON ACCOUNT - *****@***.com
