Before I start I am having to dictate this to you as I am registered blind I am in Thailand at the moment and are using various Dyson pieces of technology I have an issue with one of your intelligent Internet linked cool fans I have spoken to people at your call centre in the UK on three separate occasions and have been totally unhappy with the terrible and incorrect advice they have given me I think you have a serious training if you which does not reflect the competence of the technology but more a reflection on the company first point I asked about the cost of the replacement filters for your latest cool filter system and was told that they would cost approximately £*** for the three filters this is totally incorrect as I subsequently looked on the Internet and they are £** based on that incorrect information because the person who gave it to me was too lazy to find out you nearly lost the potential sale of another item or two * Next issue is even more concerning I was told that if I set a schedule up on the fan that if the power went off which happens in Asia at times defined return back to normal operation that is not the case what I find more concerning is having set the fan up at certain speed and isolating the filter device that when the power went off and back on again only the fan speed run for nothing else was left running this is not an intelligent Internet smart device it’s a very simple device that cost a lot of money I think this needs to be addressed urgently if you set up some conditions on the van then the fans should return back to those conditions when the power is returned a cons always do it why cannot Dyson finally I am trying to set up a smart home using an intelligent hub the Apple Google or doctor or Amazon I cannot see where your system would even work in that environment *
