My email contact information is *****@***.com and *****@***.com.*I paid for Duolingo in December and had been studying Spanish. At the end of February I was "locked" out of my account and kicked back to the beginning and as a non-paying customer. I have attempted to contact your company to no avail. Please get back with me as I miss the lessons and am so disheartened to have lost all my hours and lingots! *I will need to contact Better Business Bureau if this is not rectified soon. I have been advised to to contact Visa to file for a fraudulent charge.*I am hopeful that Duolingo will clear this up for me! Looking forward to getting back to it.*Please reply to this request.
