Overcharged for yearly subscription

Mio figlio ha attivato per errore l’abbonamento a Duolingo posso ottenere il rimborso? Ho già chiesto la disattivazione del servizio?

Sì, è possibile ricevere un rimborso per un abbonamento Duolingo accidentale, ma dovrai presentare una richiesta entro 48 ore dall'acquisto. Vai alle impostazioni di Google Play o Apple App Store sul dispositivo sul quale è stato effettuato l'acquisto e segui le istruzioni per le richieste di rimborso. Ricorda però che Duolingo non può gestire direttamente i rimborsi poiché tutte le transazioni sono gestite dalle piattaforme di app stesse.

To cancel your Duolingo subscription, follow these steps: If you subscribed on Duolingo website: Log into your account and go to 'Settings' located in the dropdown menu at the top right corner. Click on 'Duolingo Plus' then select 'Cancel Subscription' for termination. If you subscribed on Android: open Google Play Store app, locate 'Subscriptions', find Duolingo, and select 'Cancel'. If you subscribed on iOS: head to your device's settings, select 'iTunes & App Store', tap on your Apple ID, select 'Subscriptions', find 'DuoLingo' and select 'Cancel Subscription'. Remember to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
