Duolingo doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-hodamriz will need to dig through the advice provided by Duolingo, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Dear duolingo supervisers,*Recently i received an email that my test was not certified and i believe there is a mistake so i would like to video chat or to discuss about what happened because i believe this is a mistake you considered first and second time first time i decided to not argue about not certifieing my exam i thought the second time i would gain a higher result because you thought that someone was next to me the first time but unfortunately no one was there i was all alone in the living room and my family was near in the second room.Whereas the second time i took the test i made sure that i closed the windows, the doors,even i locked down my little sister in her bedroom that i was alone with at home to make sure nothing goes wrong and you would certify my exam but unfortunately the superviser thought i was looking somewhere else but i am sorry i did not and i was all alone in the lighted room with the dinning table and the wifi and the chair so i believe there was a huge mistake that i want to make sure you would contact me as soon as possible about my recent exam because i needed urgently to apply to the university and thank you.*Best regards.
