Help with my Duolingo issue

I am TwOgUt** and have been using Duolingo for two years . Today Friday the sixth of March I have been unable to continue my lessons, I am in the diamond league but all my work has disappeared and it is as if I am starting again. When I press on my achievements they are still there. As I cannot do any lessons I am going to loose my streak but more importantly two years work.
I was in the diamond league and I put in hours of work everyday
I want all my hard work returned

I have tried to go back in my internet history to gain access from there but still puts me as a beginner
How GetHuman-bpeers fixed the problem
I had two windows open on my iPad, the lessons and stories, i tried logging on on my phone and all my points, lessons completed etc were showing on there. I went back on my iPad and logged off my account and then logged back on again and everything was returned as it should be. I left it there because I was having trouble with my internet and I am not sure if this was the cause of the problem.
