Dear Duolingo Team, **I am writing regarding the Duolingo English test. I have been trying to take the test as I need it for my university application. I have taken it three times so far in the past * days. **The first time I completed the test. I then got a message that the test ‘cannot be certified as my ears weren’t always visible’**I then pulled my hair back to have visible ears ! **The second time I took the test, just a few questions before completing, there was a problem with downloading an image and I never could complete the test **The third time I completed the test. I then got a message that the test ‘cannot be certified as there was some security issue ’**Could you please help by possibly reviewing the first and third time I took the test to confirm if it indeed cannot be certified. **If you can’t do that, I am of course happy to take it for a fourth time, but need some reassurance that it will finally be certified ! **Thanks,**Andromache
