I purchased an yearly subscription to duolingo Plus which had already been charged to my credit card. It was working and I downloaded all the lessons to do offline. Today I noticed all the Plus features are gone, I'm back to the normal duolingo which doesnt work offline and it keeps telling me to by a Plus subscription. I just want to get what I paid for and have the Plus features back working on my account.
GetHuman923899 did not yet indicate what Duolingo should do to make this right.
