I placed an order end of Jan. I received * tops in one shipment. Then i received a Happy Kimono on Feb *th. Still missing a light & bright peach floral top & pr of blk trouser pants from original order. I called Feb ** & spoke w* Anthony, he stated I would receive an email the following day addressing the missing items. No email received. I called again on March **& spoke w* Richard . A refund of $**.** issued for top because out of stock. Trousers to be reshipped!!! On Apr * th phoned again & spoke w* Arman who stated I would receive an email in **hours adressing the missing trousers!! No email came !!!!! And one more phone call made on April **th , spoke with Saul and yes once again empty promises. This is ridiculous!!! I want my money back from the missing trousers !!!!!!! And i think you can imagine I will NEVER order from Dressbarn again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GetHuman-loisnas did not yet indicate what Dress Barn should do to make this right.
