Reporting this issue for the *th time now!**Store owner Mr Pradip doesn't pick up calls and doesn't respond!**IT'S BEEN MORE THAN ** DAYS with no communication from your side!!!!*Can you please have the decency to return my money back!!**This is regarding Order ID ****. *I had placed the order at **:** PM. *After * hours the delivery guy reached my house with a cold pizza with a fly in the box. *I hope you realise that the pizza was inedible and unacceptable. The cold stale Pizza was thus returned after having spoken to Mr Pradip, the manager of that Domino's outlet. **This pizza is still marked delivered successfully and I have been charged *** Rs for it.*Can I please be explained why I am charged for something that was never provided and why the order marked success ?**This is the second time I am filing a complaint against the same orderID. Can I expect a resolution at all ?**Also, can you please escalate the matter to someone a little responsible. Mr Pradip has called me once but he seems to be really inefficient at handling this!***Thanks,*Shradha
