I ordered online but when I went to the store I requested the wings be double cooked. The rep told me it will be about * minute. She told me to park so they could serve the customer behind me. She said just come back to the window. No problem. * minutes later I pull up to the window behind someone. Well I wait ** more minutes behind this person. Once they are done, I pull up, get my order, and ask why I had to park for * minutes but the person ahead of me wasn’t told to park. Hailey tells me apparently the person helping the car ahead of me wasn’t paying attention. Store policy should be everyone waiting needs to park or cashiers ALWAYS paying attention to see if there are cars behind the car at the window. This discussion escalates, as there is now a customer behind me, and Hailey is frustrated. I told her to get me a manager. She said she is the manager. I told her to get me the number for another manager or corporate she told me to google it. I told her to write her name down and the number she SCREAMS “ITS HAILEY!! IT’S HAILEY!!” She slams the window and never returns. Everyone working in the store knew what was going on I’m sure because they all kept looking at the window but NO ONE came to the window. They even brought the pizza out for the customer behind me. I pulled around and went into the store, asked them if no one saw fit to come to the window, to give me a number to complain, or anything. One guy comes out and says he’s actually the manager. Ok I asked Hailey for a manager and she told me she was the manager. I asked for another and she yells. The fact that I was asked to pull over and the next customer wasn’t was my only initial complaint at first. All customers should have the same directions. But now a cashier has yelled at me because she is pissed!! What kind of customer service training is Domino’s giving? Apparently none. Everyone in the store just chose to ignore me at the window. Another issue. Of course the guy I spoke with inside (Hailey’s brother, as he said) refunded my purchase and told me basically all corporate is gonna do is offer me free food. How about offer your workers some customer service training. I understand nothing will come of this but the workers, managers, or ANYONE employed should not be handling customers the way Hailey chose to. This was very unprofessional and it says a lot to me about Domino’s!
