The issue in GetHuman-zeesfla's own words
I ordered a pizza at the Dominoes, in Woodland Park, Co. ***** Phone number *** *** ****. *I ordered a *.** pizza, total *.**. It was half hamburger, and half pepp. I asked for also extra cheese. Anyway I got home, and took a bit of mine, the pepp, the other was my husbands. The pizza was horrible. Had a strange taste. My husband said, the same thing. So, I called and talked with a Cat, or Kat. I told her how bad it was. I asked if the sauce or something had changed, she said, maybe the sauce yes, but not the other. So she hesitated then, said well, I guess I will give you another pizza, even tho, in the computer, it says not to give another free pizza away to me. I was like, WHAT, WHY, She said, she did not know. I told her the only other problem I ever had there, in years of going there, was my pizza was wrong, it was thin crust and I always get hand tossed. When I did go to get my free pizza, back then, think it was ****, the young man, gave me my pizza in a rather rude way. I said nothing, and went my way. Anyway so, I told KAT, OR CAT, that I was not going to come back today , instead she said, she would put it in the pc., and I was going to order a different sauce next time. Anyway after thinking about it. I decide not to get that free pizza from you all. I would much rather have my money back. *.**. I have not let her know this. However, I did call her back to tell her I was going to call the corp. office, to let them know that you should go back to your reg. sauce. I also said, I did not want the free pizza. I have decided not to spend anymore of our money there. We will try Pizza Hut, next time. I have already heard there pizza is better. I only ordered your pizza because it is cheaper. But, if that is the best you can do. Then I have no choice as to go somewhere else. The service could be much better also. I had to call * times for someone to answer the phone. The first call I waited * *** mins. When I did get to the store, there was only one person there. So you see your service is really bad, and your pizza too. So, I am sure I will not get my *.** back. But, If you do want to send it. Call and I will give you my address. My phone number is ***-***-****.

I did call and talked to Kat, the manager. She was not very nice, and never offered to refund my money back.
