My service was cut off today I spoke with a feww agents and was told my account shows no payment since October of **** this is **** I have been paying on my account and why has dominion waited almost * years before tuning off my service. My son ahas asthma and takes breathing treatments when his inhaler is not enough also if I don't pay ****.** within ** business days my account will be closed I don't want my account closed because this is where we live I really don't understand how this happened and yes I have called *** and was told they don't know when their organizations STOP and the Salvation Army could or would be able to help besides maybe seeking legal advice within my ten business time up I really don't know what to do it's like shame on me for not paying for almost two years or is it shame on dominion for letting this matter come to ****.**
