You all took $** and some odd sense out of my account. That was not supposed to come out of my account because I have not signed up for anything with you all. I want my money back. Also I just received a bill from you off of $** and some odd sense. I don't know why that is cuz I did not receive a DVD from you all. Somebody need to do something. I need my money back and I need it back immediately. This letter says that I got two DVDs from you all that I did not order and have not gotten. So somebody needs to do something give me my money back.
