Hello, my name is Bettie Little. I made a mistake and did not stop the sensor I was wearing before starting a new one and now I am getting an error message saying it will be stopping in two hours. Also, I do not get my next shipment from CCS Medical until after ********** and according to my estimates I will be about * days without a sensor. How much would it costs to buy an extra sensor until my normal shipment comes in and where can I pick it up. My last one expires on *********. I have to admit this is operator error since I am new to this device. I keep making mistakes when it comes to switching the sensor to a new date. I guess I am too old for all these steps. Can you work on making it easier for seniors to change out the expired sensors? Any help will be appreciated. I really love it because it keeps me on my toes when it comes to glucose monitoring better than the Libre because it is not exposed and I don't have to constantly keep checking to make sure I am within my range. Thank you.
