I purchased some ceramics from Charles and Marie Global Designs in Konigstein on December the *nd ****. The items were shipped using Deutsche Post to my home in the USA.**Tracking *:*A****E**FC********C*. The items were damaged in shipping. I have photographs of the damaged items and package if you need proof of damage. **I was informed by (Claudiu Mihoc claudiu@charlesand marie.com) the email contact at Charles and Marie Global Designs that I needed to initiate a damage claim with you to start the process to receive an insurance refund.**Please advise how I should proceed.**Jeff Welna
