At the time of purchase, I thought of buying a quality product with a lifetime warranty,if the faucet ever failed me.*Today ,I called customer service,only to find out ,that I can only get parts for free, under my warranty. That I would have to install the part my self.*More so, in the end he tried so sell me a new faucet for *** Dollars.**I demand a replacement faucet, because I don't think your customers service agent can diagnose my problem correctly ,over the phone.I had to shut the water of in my kitchen.
