I took a laptop on **********. Model of my laptop is G* ****. Regarding this I have already mailed to *****@***.com but i haven't got any reply yet. I have mailed on ** april and still I am waiting for it. I went to the service centre near me. They said that if you have accidental cover letter then and then only we will repair it otherwise they are costing me **,*** rs and also go the shop from where you took laptop they will give you this letter. After going home i called the shop from which i took laptop and they said we do not provide any such letter. They also said go and call me once again...i will talk to that service centre person. But i currently because of lockdown I am not able to go anywhere and I have emergency work to do. As everyone is at home and doing work from home so No one is ready to give their laptop to me. What should I do now?
