Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently purchased a Dell Vostro laptop [redacted] with Service Tag Nos. 7LN09D3 on April 19, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on April 21, [redacted], the screen suddenly went blank. I visited a Dell Exclusive store for assistance, but as I missed the warranty by 2 days, they are charging me Rs. [redacted] for diagnosing the issue.
Despite raising a complaint with Dell Customer Care on April 22, [redacted] (Case number: [redacted]86) and being told to wait 48 hours for a quote, as of April 26, [redacted], I have not received any update. I've been unable to use my laptop for almost a week now and am disappointed by the lack of timely assistance from Dell.
I urge you to address this matter promptly. As a customer who recently purchased the laptop, I expected better service from Dell. Your swift attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Dell's services. As a BBA 3rd year student, Suraj Jaiswal and a Dell customer for the past 3 months, I have been facing issues for the last 20-21 days. Despite filing a complaint on 30/4/22 with Case no. [redacted]39 regarding my Inspiron [redacted] laptop purchased on 25/2/[redacted] (EX:[redacted]5), I have not received satisfactory assistance from your company or service center. The false promises made by top-level managers, Rakhi Kurup and Supervisor Satish Nandhveta, have been disappointing. I am now requesting Dell to replace or refund the amount of 46000rs for the laptop. I have attached the receipt and relevant documents for your reference. As a student, this situation has significantly impacted my studies, and I am hopeful for a prompt resolution to this matter. Your urgent attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.

I bought a Dell laptop (D560363WIN) with Service Tag: 2L72N93 on 10.04.[redacted]. Lately, I've been facing an issue with slow startup and a message saying "TPM device not found." Despite contacting tech support twice and following their instructions, the problem persists. I am J Ramkumar from Chennai. I bought a DELL INSPIRON [redacted] laptop on 08.06.[redacted] from your Forum Mall showroom with invoice no. [redacted]13. I dealt with sales executive Shri Naresh Kumar, who promised an extended warranty link via WhatsApp within a couple of days. However, the link (reference no. 200623JO909496) arrived on 22.06.[redacted] after 14 days and had errors in my phone number and name preventing payment. Despite notifying Shri Naresh Kumar on 24.06.[redacted], no actions were taken, leaving me without the desired extended warranty. I urge you to address this issue promptly with the sales executive and inform me of the resolution. Unhappy with the after-sales service, I may escalate this matter to DELL and Consumer Redressal if not resolved within two days.
