My family deezer is not working. My playlists have been cleared and the app states I can't make new ones as its a premium function. I have family deezer my husband is the main account holder (email address *****@***.com) so should be able to do this. Its not the first time my playlist have been cleared, but now it has completely removed me from my premium subscription.
GetHuman-marionfe did not yet indicate what Deezer should do to make this right.
