I was with cricket and had an account through them with my phone number. I left cricket yesterday, switched to T-mobile, and re-downloaded the app. I knew I would now have to pay out of pocket for the service, so I immediately signed up for the * months for $*.** option. I still have the same phone number...but now the music that I have been collecting for * years is gone. Is there anyways I can please recover that music? My music is my life and I love this app! Please help!!

They may not have a number to call. But if you post your request or your issue in their Web forum they typically respond back to you via email within a day, I got all of my music back! Plus they were super friendly and once I made initial contact they acted very fast. So post your problem in their Web forum first. You can Google it or find it on their support page
