Placed an order with Debenhams for a birthday gift, paid debit card. Delivery was due last week and out with Hermes (received confirmation text) on Thursday **th June, package has not yet been received and no attempt has been made, however the Hermes delivery app has not been updated and is still advising delivery will be out on Thursday **th June, between **:** - **:**, how on earth do they know which parcels are affected if they're not receiving any calls or advice on this. Trying to contact Hermes they have a message to say they are aware of a problem on some UK label addresses, please advise how I get a credit to buy this gift again due to not receiving in time?
