I ordered a concelear on **th of November, my nominated delivery date was *st of December. I got all the relevant messages that it’s with my Hermes and when they will deliver. Then I get a message saying it won’t arrive and they will post it on the following working day, stayed at home all day Sunday, Monday and tuesday and nothing arrived, as my internet was down I was unable to track, Wednesday when my internet worked to my shock I find that apparently I gave permission to take it back to debenhams, I did a live chat to them on Wednesday and spoken over the phone to someone in Debenhams to resend the item, it was suppose to be delivered yday as the guy promised it would be there on the next day post. It didn’t come yday, I stayed at home all day yday too but neither did it got delivered or they left me a note saying missed delivery, only seen it online and well I am at work either today, thought it would arrive today, it still has not arrived. I spent my money plus delivery money to get this delivered but I am left with nothing. Hermes are saying to contact debenhams and I was hoping you can trace it via them and see why are they messing me around.
