My name is Michael Hall and I reside at **** Water Tree Dr in McKinney TX *****. I have reported many delivery issues to your supervisor Wes Williams. * With my handicap I’m not able to walk long distances and have requested numerous times to have my paper delivered to my front porch. After each complaint the paper will be on my porch for a matter of weeks and then starts all over and is thrown out on my driveway near the street. This week has been particularly horrible as of all the rain that’s been falling. I’ve tried to reach Mr. Williams several times now and he will not take my call. *I have been with Dallas Morning News for years on a daily delivered basis. I don’t know why I continue to be treated this way.*Can you help? ****-***-****
