I was trying to return a watch before the ** days expired.Their ... I wish to return a smart * watch. Please advise procedure for returns. I do not own a smart phone, so the watch is of no use to me. I need this information quickly so the return will be within your ** day period.
Frustrating because of their lack of understanding of a simple request for return authorization or return policy.
