When I went to the store this morning, they refused to accept it saying that the parcel was too heavy (I was told that the mx weight is **kgm which is so frustrating since I have given all the information about the box when going through the booking process!!) and also, they could not scan a digital label. I immediately called your customer service, ** minutes later I was advised to go to another drop off point. They also refused, saying that the shop will be closing for * weeks. I called you again frustrated and crying, stuck on the streets with a **kg box!! I was told that you could do nothing but that I should call a local Dpd in order to cancel the current label and re-book a home pick-up instead! When I called, I was told that the local customer service cannot help me, and that I must contact you via the chat box on line. So, here I am! Can you please help me! The tracking number is: ************** going to GL***UO, Shed*, Halfpenny Farm, Cheltenham. I need to get the refund for this label and get a new label for the home pick-up.
