Parcel number ***************I ordered a parcel online and the seller used DPD for delivery. There was someone in all day but DPD emailed me to say there wasn't* they had included a picture of my front door. I'm not sure why they didn't just deliver it, TBH...*Anyway, I then rearranged to pick up the parcel at a local mini-market, SSJ Mini-Mart, ** Streatham Hill, London SW* *RD. My husband went down there with my photo ID and the pick-up email, the store handed over a parcel with the correct number on the front. But the label was stuck over the original label so you couldn't see the name and address.*So he gets it home and I open it and it's obvious at first glance it's not my parcel. A receipt is also included with the name and address of the very local person to whom it was originally sent. So possibly that person has my parcel.*The trouble is, I really need my goods for Saturday. The parcel contains banners which advertise my charity and we have a big display going on at a Christmas market at lunchtime on Saturday. I have paid for the banners with the charity's money so we can maximise this opportunity. So I need to have the goods by Saturday.*My husband is on his way down to the store again to see if they can ring DPD. I think we should just go around to the other customer with his goods and ask him to pick up his parcel and swap! After all we have his goods, we can hardly hold on to them!
