I have been a Dish Customer for many years with no problems until I had to have a repair to my system. The technician was great, but I received an email stating my charges. What an eyeopener! The bill that was a Flex Package at $**.** is now over $***.**. For years I paid a fee for service should my television need a new parts. Recently I decided to change to the Flex Package. I never did get to seleat the channels I like and two of the ones that I did enjoy suddenly were gone. My bill consisted of a fee for the technician, a bill for a new surge protector that I ordered and then other charges that I had never been billed for before. I only have Social Security as income. Oh, and by the way,I wish you would take off the **** Channels. Thank you. Stephanie Napier.
