The issue in GetHuman-invisisp's own words
Package was tracked *Tracking ************ and was expected to be delivered May *th, ****. Receivers were onsite all day, no DHL courier arrived at reception point. Tracking info reported that driver arrived at **:** and delivery was refused.**Again, courier never arrived onsite and now package*gift is considered to be stolen by DHL as customer service number no longer connects to a human being.**Resolution is expected immediately!
GetHuman-invisisp did not yet indicate what DHL (Canada) should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-invisisp fixed the problem
Ignore the DHL customer service phone number (* recorded msgs then it hangs up). Go to the online portal and choose the let's chat function. Tell it your problem and then it will tell you what is wrong and what you can do.
