The issue in GetHuman-prestigo's own words
Montreal, Dec. **, ******Dear Madam*Sir:**A plastic envelope containing documents sent from Beirut, Lebanon, under DHL waybill number ** **** ****, was delivered to my home office door on Thursday Dec. **, around **:**. The delivery man rang at the door while I was having supper upstairs (the home office being located in the basement), so it took me may be ** seconds to open the main entrance door (upstairs) and to ask the man who was leaving why he rang the bell at the office door. That's how I got informed that something was delivered at the office door (in the basement). I right away went to the office door and found the DHL envelope half inserted in the mailbox. I also found some mail scattered on the ground (probably half inserted previously by the mailman in the same mailbox), and I suspected your employee to have thrown them on the ground to be able to insert his own envelope.**Well, my multi-camera surveillance system comes in handy at times. Sure enough, your employee rang the office door bell at **:**:**, removed the previously received mail from the mailbox and let it fall on the ground at **:**:**, then inserted the plastic DHL envelope in the mailbox and started returning to his vehicle.**At **:**:**, I had opened the main entrance door (upstairs) and asked your guy the reason why he rang the office door bell.*The video evidence (which I copied on a CD and which is available to any person interested in watching it) is VERY disturbing in many respects: throwing on the ground mail previously received to speed up one's own delivery procedure is a savage behaviour not tolerated in the Western World. Besides, your guy never waited for me to open the door and sign the delivery register, choosing to sign the said register himself (in lieu of me) once he was back in his vehicle. I requested the proof of delivery from DHL, and I actually received through e-mail a pdf document showing a signature that is not mine, and indicating **:** as the delivery time.**I can see your motto (on the internet page I am using right now to express my anger) is "GetHuman". Please hurry up, as it looks like some of the individuals you are hiring to have your job done are behaving in the meantime like animals.**I now have no other choice than to inform all my overseas customers to never again use the DHL courier services.**Haig Merjanian
