I am curious about the standard procedure followed by DHL delivery representatives when delivering packages to apartment buildings. In the past, my packages were always brought up to my apartment. Recently, there seems to be a change in the delivery method. The delivery representatives are stating that they tried to deliver my package, but I did not buzz them in to the building. This has happened six times, and I find it hard to believe as I am always at home and attentive to any deliveries. The repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts are creating a negative impression of your company. I would appreciate guidance on how I can assist the delivery representative to ensure successful delivery of my package.

I sent a document through DHL Philippines from Santa Rosa Laguna on June 10. Unfortunately, there was a system issue and the postal code on the package was wrong, showing V1A2C instead of Y1A2C. The DHL agent assured me that the correction would be made once the system stabilized. However, two days later, I discovered that the package was on its way to Kelowna, British Columbia instead of Whitehorse, Yukon. I contacted multiple representatives in the Philippines to update the address, eventually being directed to Ms. Kimberly Ramirez at [redacted] Today, I found out that the package was delivered to British Columbia with no recipient or delivery proof. I am seeking assistance with my shipment currently held at customs for over a week due to issues with the brokerage team. I provided all necessary documents last week and clearly stated that the original paperwork was enclosed in the package. However, the brokerage team only submitted copies, resulting in customs holding the package until the original paperwork is received.
Despite my daily emails and numerous phone calls to the brokerage team, I have not received any responses or assistance in resolving the matter. I am concerned about the delay as the contents of the package, which include imported plants along with the required documents and certificates, may be compromised due to the extended holding period.
I had initially chosen DHL for its fast shipping services, but the current situation has been quite disappointing. I am eager to follow up on my shipment promptly and would appreciate any help in expediting the process.

I was notified that my shipment was picked up on September 24th. However, there have been no updates since and the package is still at the Cincinnati hub. I reached out to DHL general inquiries regarding this package's status a week ago but have not received a response since confirming that the order was from the USA to Canada. It has been 2 months with no indication of any issues affecting the shipment. While I understand shipping delays, there seems to be no progress beyond the package being picked up. I kindly request confirmation that the package has been located and is en route for delivery. Alternatively, if the package cannot be located, I ask that DHL contacts the sender to resolve the issue. I am willing to provide any necessary information for further follow-up on my package.

I've been experiencing issues with DHL's delivery attempts. Despite being at home, I keep receiving notices without any actual attempts to deliver my package to Unit B. The delivery person did not even ring the doorbell, which is brand new and super loud. Interestingly, during the first attempt, the notice was left at Unit A, where my neighbor (also at home) was waiting for a different package. Surprisingly, no attempt was made to ring the doorbell at Unit A either.

I am reaching out regarding an incident with my parcel sent from India via DHL Services. The shipment contained clothing, chana flour, and food items from my parents. Unfortunately, upon receipt in Canada, the parcel was severely damaged by customs. Various items were torn, scratched, and even cut open, resulting in spilled flour and wet clothes. I visited Bureau En Gro #[redacted] on December 22, [redacted], to send a holiday package to my nephew in Norway using DHL for the first time. The employee assisted me in completing the necessary forms on their computer, and I opted for insurance coverage. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my receipt did not include a tracking number. Despite reaching out to both Bureau En Gro and DHL, I was unable to locate my package. I am experiencing issues with DHL regarding the delivery of my parcel. The DHL driver left a yellow ticket at the foot of my driveway instead of attempting to deliver the package to my door while I was home all day. Despite expecting a redelivery the next day, which was mentioned in their automated messages, the driver did not return. I am unable to reach the DHL office in Victoria BC directly as they only list a generic phone number. I attempted to visit the office but found it locked, with a clerk inside who did not respond to my presence.

I was expecting a package from Indonesia through DHL in Canada. Usually, I receive an email from DHL when the package reaches the border, informing me about pending duties before the delivery date. However, this time, DHL did not notify me about the duties and delivery schedule. They attempted delivery on June 14, 15, and 16, claiming the recipient refused the parcel each time. In reality, I was not home, and no notification was left. The notation on the delivery should have reflected that. DHL mentioned the courier couldn't accept payment at the door due to COVID-19 restrictions. I wonder why they attempted delivery without informing me about pending duties. I paid the duties on June 17/22 but cannot reach a DHL representative to track the package and reschedule delivery.

I have had issues with DHL attempting delivery without leaving a notice and only sending texts. I requested the package to be sent on Dec. 8th and provided my buzzer # [redacted], appearing as 'lobby' on my phone. However, the delivery was made on Dec. 7th while I was at a concert. I am puzzled as to why they don't leave a notice indicating where to collect the package. Now I am concerned whether the package is being returned to China. This experience is frustrating, and I feel like dealing with an unreliable delivery service rather than a professional one.

I am eagerly anticipating a package from DHL with the tracking number #[redacted]. I was informed via email that the delivery would take place today between 17:30 and later. I made sure to be available all day and was surprised to receive an email at 3:00 claiming that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. I find this confusing as I was home the entire time, and no one attempted to deliver the package. Another package arrived from Amazon earlier, assuring me I would have noticed any delivery attempt by DHL. I find it concerning that they marked my delivery as missed. This package is essential for my school coursework and has traveled a long distance, crossing borders. To ensure I receive it, I've arranged to collect it from a DHL hub in two days. However, I am uncertain if DHL will successfully deliver it there.

I'm William Hill. I purchased a valuable package from a supplier in China, and despite having the correct tracking number and shipping information, DHL claims the package was delivered to Beamsville, Ontario, but not to me or anyone in my neighborhood. I've confirmed the shipping details with the supplier, but DHL refuses to investigate further or contact the recipients in Beamsville. I find their lack of assistance surprising, having experience in shipping and receiving. I believe DHL should search their database for any parcels addressed to me in Beamsville. Thank you.

I made a purchase from Lightinthebox and paid for insurance to cover duty and taxes. Currently, my package is with DHL #[redacted] in Ontario, and they are requesting payment for duty and taxes. However, after reading recent news about DHL customers being scammed, I am hesitant to provide my financial information to them for additional payment since I already paid for insurance. The company I ordered from will only refund me 60% of the product value, which is just over half of what I originally paid, as they do not refund the original tax, shipping, or insurance costs. As the order is now in my country, the company mentioned they cannot assist any further. I am unsure if this is a scam or if DHL is legitimate. My total order amounted to $[redacted].00.

I recently sent a small package from Italy and was quoted $30 CAD for shipping. However, after the package was picked up, DHL contacted me stating I owed an additional $29.88 for import duty, tax, and customs clearance fees. The way DHL handled this felt deceiving, especially since they notified me after the package was already in transit. I found it unfair how DHL operates, using unclear language and making it impossible to avoid these extra charges. Additionally, DHL doesn't have a depot in Prince George, so I had to pay online through Loomis as they don't accept payments at their depot. This experience reflects poorly on DHL's business practices and adds unnecessary complexity to shipping processes. It's disappointing that large corporations like DHL often create barriers instead of addressing customer concerns directly. I doubt I'll hear back from DHL about this, but I hope for a different outcome.

Good afternoon, I am inquiring about a scheduled package delivery that did not go smoothly. The delivery person did not reach out to notify me of their arrival, even though the suite number was provided. I waited for their call but was informed by the building superintendent that the delivery person intended to leave the package in an unsuitable location. Upon intervention, the delivery person was described as impolite. This conduct is unacceptable, especially considering the high value of the package. I recently received a package that was delivered to the wrong address by DHL. Thankfully, the homeowner was honest and brought it to me. This mistake could have caused more serious issues. The tracking number on the parcel is #[redacted] and my name is R. Sampson. The correct address, [redacted] 43 St NW, Edmonton, was clearly labeled on the package. On the 13th of May [redacted], emergency medicines were shipped for my daughter, Shefna H., who is studying in Canada. The shipment included necessary documents like a doctor's prescription, relevant bills, and an additional proforma detailing the medicines' chemical names, units, quantities, values, and was signed by the doctor. On the 20th of May, she received a message from DHL with an attached proforma, which she completed and submitted through the provided link. However, upon tracking the shipment, it's still under the clearance event. After contacting DHL customer service in Canada, they requested a revised invoice. We are unsure about what changes are needed in the previous invoice and how she can submit the revised one without the necessary link. These medicines are essential for her hypertension treatment, and there are only two days' worth of tablets left.
