Ordered a sweater on Hanfei*** from DHgate. Since I ordered, the shop is closed. The seller didn‘t respond to any requests and declined my refund. One day before the last shipping would expired, the seller *shipped“ my order. The Tracking Link was valid. After the package arrived in destination country, it has been transported to a wrong sorting center (in the north of country- i‘m living in the south). Since yesterday the tracking link says *sucess of delivery“, but I didn‘t received anything. When I try to get more information about the Final destination I have to fill in my postal code as security Check. When I try to, it says *false code“ and I can‘t see detailed info about the Final destination. I think the seller give me a wrong Tracking Number to Scam me. Is there any way to get my Money back? When I try to get a refund, it says the seller has time until Mid of May to sucees the shipping.. But i don‘t want to wait.. *Thanks in advance!
