Dear Sir * Madam,**I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Your Plan account**The issue that I have experienced was: On initially purchasing a laptop from currys and the plan being sold no exclusions where made aware at this point. The laptop accidentally got damaged by spillage of juice by a * year old child. At first the child blamed a friends dog to avoid trouble. When I took the laptop to be repaired I explained the situation to the advisor who took the laptop to be repaired. I asked what would happen if they cannot fix it and was advised it would be replaced. The laptop was kept for a week and was worked on as it had the diagnostic tool running when I received the back. The laptop was returned not fixed and I have been chasing since may to have this matter resolved. Currys are now refusing to repair damage not related to any liquid but a crack in the screen and the touchscreen doesn't work as a result. I have been lied to in regards to timescales for the claim appeal to go through. I called and was told someone would send the appeal over for me to find out * weeks later that it was not sent at all. This has ultimately delayed the matter. The customer service has been shocking.**It occurred on: ************This meant that I have lost income as I'm self employed and rely on my laptop to complete work. I have not been able to complete assignments for my course I've paid for leaving me very behind.**I would like my laptop to be fully fixed or replaced.**I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
