My name is Hayley way and I’ve been having some trouble. I hate to be a pain but I’ve been going through quite the runaround with canceling my training. I thought it was taken care of a few days ago and they said I would be refunded one of the payments that was taken out. But today I just got charged again. I’m not sure what’s going on I did in fact cancel my training. I haven’t even done any training sessions at all But this is a lot of money to be taken out of my account without me knowing. I find it quite ridiculous that this keeps happening when I did in fact cancel almost two weeks ago. It’s going to take a long time for me to get this money back and it is not my fault so I think something needs to be done about this. I cannot afford to wait a few weeks to get back $*** when I was told I wouldn’t be charged at all after I cancelled. Something needs to be done about this. I’ve been charged * times total making the total $*** when I haven’t trained at all.

GetHuman-goallie did not yet indicate what Crunch Gym should do to make this right.
