My name is William Messer and I have been a lifetime member of Crunch Fitness In Georgia since the ****s. I have been out of pocket, so to speak, since **** and have lost my membership card and any corresponding paperwork. I was located in Cobb, Marietta, Georgia when I received the membership. Can you assist me in the reissue of my Crunch Fitness membership card please. My email is *****@***.com and my cell ***-***-****. Thank you!

I was able to speak to a Crunch representative over the phone. Although she was NOT very pleasant or helpful, I finally pulled an email address out of her for the corporate office that deals with customer service issues. As soon as I sent an email, I received a service number with an email that promised a fast resolution. That has been two days and nothing yet. That email is *****@***.com
