Im trying to avoid shut off on the **th my bill is not due till the **th ive only had the phones for two weeks so why are they trying to charge me twice ... I paid for * phone and service for a month on sep **th and now they said they are shutting of my phones if i dont pay by the ** my bill is due oct. ** * month.
I had to explain my bill cycle to them if i came in on Sep **th and got two lines of service why are the trying to rip me off and make me pay on the ** i never had sevice untill the ** of sep a monthly plan is not every * weeks who dose that.
Just fix the mistake in the computer and i will continue makeing my payment of $**.** on the **th of Oct. And every month after that that was the deal Like thats when its due not the **th nobody pays every two weeks
Im new i expect to get what i paid upfront for a month of service on my phones not too be shut off
I guess i could switch services why should i have too pay for services twice in a month im on a fixed income thays why i waited till the **th becouse thats when i get my ssi
