How is it those of us who have been **** good customers for years can't get a good deal on phones but new customers can get half off brand new phones? I guess I will be switching companies because that's the only way I can get a new phone @ a new customer price...NO appreciation for those that pay their bills every **** month. Guess another company will when I switch because I had been told several times you will have deals and I have asked for * ******* years & still not one **** special!! I'm sick of not being a valued ******* customer & get that's what you call me, a valued customer, everytime I call...not sure your company knows what the **** that means...I'm fed up with all this bullshit. Maybe speaking to a lawyer is my next step...preamble states we are all equal...not with your company though
