On your verify page is your question of what 'province we reside in'. You present every option but the 'United States'! How can I verify my province correctly if you 'do not' have this option available-------------therefore, 'I cannot get verified and proceed to obtain my credit score'! What is wrong with you people! The same problem is with listing my zip code which stipulates not stating an 'A* or something number. You are making it impossible to give information inorder to receive credit information. What is the point? You make it impossible to talk to one of your representatives to clear up problems like this and you take weeks to respond and address them if your aim is to address them at all. I know I speak for may thousands of your customers *experiencing these problems. What and when are you going to address these issues?
