Hello I'm writing this email on behalf of my wife and I she purchased a vehicle and you guys financed it for her about * years ago if I'm not mistaken. I am a tugboat captain have been for the past seven and a half years but we have five boys and I was gone ** days a month for the past * years and wanted to be home or so I came home and started my own business and in this transition we have had a pretty rough time financially. We are very behind on the car note currently however you guys have been extremely lenient about it but I am worried that you will be coming to get it. So I was hoping that I could speak to someone regarding the matter or at least I just wanted to assure you that things are finally looking up on the financial in for us again and so please just continue your patience as you have please.
