I purchased * licenses for WordPerfect x* and they are not working. I have tried to get help from your support team for over a week. It was referred to your Canadian office on Wednesday with Douglas King as the support person. I have sent * emails requesting a time for him to access my computer and he has never replied. I have decided to cancel my order since the product isn’t working correctly and get a refund.
GetHuman-jgclarkl did not yet indicate what Corel should do to make this right.
