Account ********** **I received a new replacement phone (Moto E*) approximately one week ago. The mobile network connection did not work. Spoke and worked with service rep for approx. * hour on ********. She was unable to resolve problem and advised I would have to go to a Target store. Asked to speak with supervisor. None was available. Supervisor called back *** hour later and told me that I would have to try a "factory reboot" which, he conceded would delete all the data on the phone. I told him that I did not what to do this and wanted to have the phone replaced. He said that was impossible. I pointed out that the phone came with a **-day "risk-free guarantee" and that the letter I received with the phone stated the company's goal was "***% customer satisfaction." Told him I was not at all satisfied and asked to speak to his supervisor. He refused. I ended the call. I just want a replacement phone that works.
