I purchased furniture from Conn's around the end of September ****. Upon purchasing the furniture I was told that my payments would not be due until November. I recently received a bill this month in October stating that my bill was due on the **th of **th of this month (oct). I was not prepared to pay until November the **th. I always pay early I also, have two bar stools and a recliner which I purchase about six months ago I have never been late with my payment and I don't want to start now. So I called and spoke with a manager a nice gentlemen who told me when my payment was due to call back and the billing department could put that payment to the back of my payment plan. I did that and no one seem to know what I was talking about and told me they would not do that and I would still be considered late. I have been a loyal customer for past six months and paid my bill on time. How is it that Conn's is not willing to work with me. If I could I would like to give your furniture back and never be bothered with you again. Your customer service is terrible and you do not try and work with your customers. Your automated service is completely awful. I very displeased with your services and style of salesmenship which is full of lies by your sales representatives. I would like for this letter to be addressed by Mr. Miller's office. And I would like for the October payment to be put to the back of my account like I was told it would be as I have said for the last six months I have never been late and don't want to start that trait. Could someone please help LaVerne Johnson****-***-****.
