I was informed by the store manager and the salesman that I could return the adjustable bed within 90 days if I wasn't satisfied. Unfortunately, when I tried to return it, I was told it wasn't possible. Despite speaking with customer service and the district manager, they both denied my request. I am disappointed with their response and would like to escalate my complaint to corporate. The salesman and store manager reassured me that I could return the bed, which is the main reason I made the purchase. I hope corporate can make an exception to their policy and allow me to exchange it for a box spring as originally discussed.

I recently bought a Samsung washer and dryer from Min. It was delivered yesterday, but unfortunately, the return hose is too short. I need an extended hose for the washer; otherwise, I would like to return the items and get a refund. I understand it's a small issue compared to the $[redacted] purchase, but it's essential for me to have the right hose. I also purchased an extended warranty beyond the manufacturer's one-year warranty. It's frustrating not to be able to use the product I bought.

I am disappointed with the chair delivery service at Conn's. I bought a chair on Saturday, December 10, [redacted], with the promise of delivery on Sunday, December 11, [redacted], between 10 am and 1 pm. However, the delivery team called around 10 am from Bradenton, FL instead of Weeki Wachee, FL where the delivery was supposed to occur. Despite giving them directions, they were still delayed. After multiple calls to the store and the delivery driver, they mentioned the need to reschedule. I had offered directions in-store on Saturday, but no one seemed to care. This poor service mirrors a previous experience with a sofa purchase. I am frustrated and will not be shopping at Conn's again. The customer service has been inadequate, and I request someone to contact me urgently. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I plan to lodge a complaint with the BBB on Monday.

I purchased a gas stove a year ago, and recently, I've been noticing gas fumes again. Despite having this issue in the past, it seems unresolved. I reached out to a sales representative to schedule repairs, but the earliest available appointment isn't until March 27th, which is two weeks away. Waiting this long is impractical as I rely on my stove for cooking. I suggested exchanging it for a new stove, but was informed that this isn't allowed by the policy.
