The issue in GetHuman-jackygub's own words
Our flight was cancelled on the **th of August, San Jose to Frankfurt DE****. We already checked in at the airport but after we heard the flight got cancelled they brought us to a hotel. We couldn’t get our luggage at the airport. They told us that they were gonna bring our luggage to the hotel and the flight is gonna take place the next day (**th of August) at the same time *.**AM. In the hotel we got the information that the flight is not until tomorrow (**th of August and an hour later *.**AM) and that we had to get our luggage at the airport with people from condor. An hour later they told us we were not able to get our luggage, so we are still sitting in the same clothes (Sunday night till Thursday), because we won’t get home till then. My question is do we get a refund for all this and how does it work to get our refund? Today the flight got delayed by another hour. I know they’re trying their best but it would be great to have some clean clothes and our own stuff when you have to stay in a hotel for * days. *We also have a connection (we booked this as one flight as you can see at our boarding passes) flight from Frankfurt to Amsterdam LH*** and no one can tell us if we can make that flight on Thursday, we also miss at least * days of work, do we get a refund for that and how does that work?
