Been trying all day to get this problem resolved y is my account and card frozen and also I was told someone else had control over my account seems they gave them more control then me on my own account

I received my debit card today and I was wondering why it is blocked as I'm receiving it I called earlier today and was on hold over **mins but no fault of the rep we got disconnected and no one has updated me
I would like my account and card unlocked and accessible
